Once foundations have been established, the responsibilities will expand to assessments, cohort engagement, mentorship, non-executive coaching, career development program, HiPo and talent pool engagement, onboarding, metric and benchmark reporting, etc.
Building development philosophy, operating mechanisms and programs from scratch
Establishing impactful learning programs with small budgets
Korn Ferry certified and at least one experience implementing a competency model
Creating sophisticated - but not complicated - senior leadership development experiences

Past success with adoption of programs across global audiences
