DIRECTOR OF INFECTION PREVENTION The Director of Infection Prevention is responsible for the facilitys activities aimed at preventing healthcare-associated infections (HAIs). Requires broad knowledge of clinical and administrative requirements and accreditation/licensure standards. Coordinates classification and reporting of all patient, employee, and significant community acquired infections identified at the Medical Center. Actively participates in Tenets Infection Prevention Program and is responsible for the Infection Control Module data entry and follow-up reports to NHSN. Doctors Medical Center Modesto is a 465-bed multispecialty hospital located in Californias San Joaquin Valley. The hospital is home to a verified level 2 trauma center, cardiology, TAVR and open heart surgery program, high risk obstetrics and a level 3 NICU, neurosurgery including spine specialties and deep brain stimulation services, interventional bi-plane radiology, oncology, a behavioral health campus and the regions first DaVinci Robotic Surgical system.
