SkinSpirit Skincare Clinic & Spa is looking for an experienced Medical Assistant to expand our established Body Department team in Mill Valley. Practice duties include performing clinical work (i.e. CoolSculpting, Venus, ReBalance), taking medical histories, preparing patients for body treatments, administering B-12 Shots, and advising clients on our Wellness program. Other clinical tasks include sterilizing medical equipment, work one-on-one with patients, advising on treatment plans and scheduling follow-ups.

We are looking for a warm, confident, highly motivated and professional individual to join our team in Mill Valley. As the Bay Area's premier medically supervised spa, we offer non-surgical anti-aging skincare procedures (including: Botox, Juvederm, laser hair removal, chemical peels, micro-penning, microdermabrasion, etc.) as well as medical grade facial and body treatments. CA state Medical Assistant Certification with a minimum of 2 years' experience
Experience in a clinical setting preferred
Knowledge of medical grade skincare products and ingredients
Two years of experience with various body treatments (i.e. CoolSculpting, Venus, Endermologie, etc.)
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Existing clientele a plus

Provide exceptional treatments tailored to each client
Customized treatment and maintenance plans
Provide product recommendations
Generating/maintaining client base
Attend monthly meetings

Part-time to full-time hours. Travel may be required to our other locations for training.
