A healthcare provider is seeking an executive assistant to be responsible for several different office support and administrative duties. This position provides administrative and secretarial support for the Chief Executive Office and department. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as financial record keeping, payroll, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures.
3+ years of experience as Administrative Assistant, preferably with a minimum of one year supporting a senior level executive.
Detail Oriented is required
Punctual, Reliable, Independent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite AND Google Suite a plus
Scheduling experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extensive knowledge of business with demonstrated proficiency in general office tasks.
Superior oral and written communication skills.
Analytical ability in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions.
Excellent organization and time management skills, team player with ability to work under minimal supervision.
Working knowledge of organizational structure and healthcare industry experience, preferably in an acute care hospital.
Knowledge of API Healthcare and Concur Travel, preferred
Bachelor's degree, preferred
