You will Be the point person for open homes for showings, open houses, and other activitiesSecure properties at the end of showings (e.g., locking door, turning off lights, etc.)Educate potential buyers and sellers on the REX model and ancillary servicesGauge interest and report feedback to the sales staffFollow up with customers after each meetingAct as the face of REX and represent the team accordinglyCollect buyer and seller leads during buyer marketing communications, and work to convert those leads with the goal of converting actual and potential REX customersComply with the REX policy manual and all DRE/legal statutesReceive a paid two-hour video call training session with the REX Operations teamHave opportunities to shadow active agents in the field, with the goal of eventually taking on the same responsibilities
You Need To be a licensed real estate agent with at least a year of experience selling residential homesA true passion for real estate, business acumen, and market knowledgeAn upbeat personality and ability to quickly build rapport with peopleThe ability to remain organized and work efficiently independentlyTech savviness, reliability, and punctualityA reliable mode of transportationThorough, impeccable follow-up, and attention to detailA strong desire to make the experience of buying and selling real estate better for consumersA proven ability to carefully follow a process, adhere to guidelines, track progress, and suggest improvements to the process and guidelines over time
