Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 8 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.

As Commercialization Director, you are holisticallyresponsible for commercial success of Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) products- if you don't succeed, ODC doesn't succeed. Key Responsibilities

CEO/General Manager Ownership: Proactive development ofnew commercialization process, and new business plans to the highest level ofprofessional excellence, across all assigned products and partners, internal andexternally, that exceed business goals and expectations. Work with ExecutiveTeam to codify business-wide objectives to achieve them such that Leadership isaligned and consistently able to articulate the current direction & desiredoutcomes of the enterprise.

Mastery of Influence, Relationships, & Motivation:Build long-term, strategic relationships from the first handshake with keypartners, both known and yet-to-be-discovered, in Product, Sales,Commercialization, and Marketing. Act as a key voice in new product strategy andprioritization, in addressing sales needs and gaps, and act as Chief ProblemSolver for everything in-between that would limit commercial success.

Bias-Towards-Action Execution: Redefine what \"successfullaunch and adoption\" means of all assigned products to AdAge Top 200 andmid-market companies, as well as the supporting platforms and agencies. Successcriteria includes but is not limited to adoption rate of new products, revenuegrowth, and other KPIs as identified as needed to define success.

Self-Driven Market Expert: Constant desire to consume newinformation and demonstrate knowledge mastery of assigned products that rivalsthat of the respective product leads. Aggregate & synthesize marketopportunities, feedback & market needs from proactive interrogation of ODCpartners and customers to inform overarching strategy & productdevelopment. Clearly communicate the value of these insights and make strategicrecommendations to key stakeholders. Monitor business results, makingrecommendations for improvements to increase penetration and adoption acrossthe market.

Requirements

8 years of related experience, product marketing,product management, or project management

Professional experience in the ad tech industry ispreferred; nice to have direct experience in ad sales

Exceptional relationship-building skills to motivatecross-functional teams; nice to have experience engaging with executives andC-suite
